About RojakSG
RojakSG is a display where we celebrate our cultural harmony and welcome contemporary food such as meat-free nuggets and locally sourced ingredients for our favourite delights, as we transit into a more sustainable future.
With technological innovations in production such as vertical farming and logistics, we are able to enjoy a variety of ingredients and local produce and progress towards enhancement of food security in Singapore.
We aspire to have every bite of food, proudly grown in abundance, in our homeland, Singapore.

Delivering the Future presented by Jalan Besar Cluster
About Delivering the Future
Delivering the Future was designed to deliver food from the past and present, into our future.
Whilst technologies in Singapore continue to advance, let us not forget to bring our rich heritage and cultures into our future.
Our extensive list of food portrays the different faces of Singapore, be it Katong Laksa, Satay at Lau Pa Sat or traditional Peranakan cakes – each have a story to tell.
All thanks to our robust delivery system, we can have all these food sent to our doorsteps, using hover cars and bicycles, and even delivery drones.
The artwork also highlights the importance of recycling and sustainability, where upcycled materials are infused to the futuristic looking float.
