RojakSG is a display where we celebrate our cultural harmony and welcome contemporary food such as meat-free nuggets and locally sourced ingredients for our favourite delights, as we transit into a more sustainable future.
With technological innovations in production such as vertical farming and logistics, we are able to enjoy a variety of ingredients and local produce and progress towards enhancement of food security in Singapore.
We aspire to have every bite of food, proudly grown in abundance, in our homeland, Singapore.

About the Co-Creation
RojakSG was co-created with residents from the Ang Mo Kio GRC, Kebun Baru and Yio Chu Kang SMCs, guided by artist Amanda Lim.
Residents got to work on different materials such as paper mâché, clay, and designed motif on the tingkat as well as the many food sculptures that the float showcases.
